I started seeing Dr. Templeton about 2 years ago after sustaining a neck injury in my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. I continue to train in BJJ and will say to anyone that Dr. Templeton keeps me able to enjoy training with more joint and muscle mobility absolutely imperative in Martial Arts sports. With his expert care and regularly scheduled "maintenance" appointments, he continues to keep me moving to my highest potential while limiting future injuries due to decreased mobility and range of motion. About ten years ago, I went to Dr. T. for first time with a painful thumb which other Dr. had told me I needed surgery on. Dr. T. took one look, pulled out on it and held my wrist and worked with it, and said the base of my thumb had been driven into my wrist bone. After a few times of him working with it, I haven't had a pain there since. Then my husband went for back pain,knee pain, and I went for other things thru the years. Now, I had given up on ever getting well, with extreme fatigue following surgery 15 months ago (in SC as I had moved) Dr.Templeton has saved my life.
